Who We Are - Horizon Media Studios

A BRIEF SUMMARY

Horizon Media Studios, Inc. is a Christ-Centered, 501(c)(3) non-profit media ministry with a commitment to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through television, internet, and other media outlets. Our production team features other non-profit organizations for a special series produced for television without commercial sponsors or advertisers. It is designed to raise awareness and encourage personal involvement. The Producers will be selecting organizations to feature on upcoming shows and programs.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Chuck Reich

On August 23, 2007, Chuck was led to launch Horizon Media Studios. The mission was to produce Television programs highlighting the Body of Christ in action which would complement the great teaching and preaching on Christian TV Networks. HMS has partnered with over 225 Christ-centered, Bible-believing ministries, producing segments and half-hour documentaries for “REVELATIONS” and “ANSWERING THE CALL”. Chuck became an ordained Pastor on July 13, 2008. He has a real heart for evangelism/discipleship and has a passion to teach the Bible in small group settings. Chuck is married to Annette, they live in Farmington, New Mexico where Annette is President of Navajo Ministries – Four Corners Home for Children. Chuck also pastors Fruitland Christian Fellowship.

Annette Reich

Annette has served in full-time ministry since 1996, working in Christian Education and is the President of Navajo Ministries, Four Corners Home for Children – 4CH4C.org in Farmington, New Mexico. She shares Chuck’s passion for serving God and is also the Executive Producer of ANSWERING THE CALL.

Jay McKinney

Jay C. McKinney CPA Pc, brings a lot of ministry finance advice and experience to the HMS Board. Jay is married to Carol and has two adult sons. Jay and Carol live in Austin, Texas where they own the Catfish Parlor restaurant. They attend Life Austin Church.

Steven Myers

Steve has a heart for Married Couples Ministry, Operation Christmas Child, and Men’s ministry. He is married to Donna Crowley and they reside in Pampano Beach, Florida. Steve and Donna attend Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale.

Donna Crowley

Donna has worked in television production and scriptwriting since the year 2000. Donna brings to us a quiet wisdom and great spiritual insight. Donna is married to Steven Myers, the reside in Pompano Beach, Florida, and attend Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale.

Bill Schott

Pastor Bill and Pastor Chuck have been friends since they were in 6th grade playing little league baseball together. They graduated Coconut Creek High School together in 1986. Bill provides Bible teaching resources and expertise to the ministry. Bill teaches High School students at Calvary Christian Academy and serves as a Pastor at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale. He is married to Diana. They have 2 children and reside in Coral Springs, Florida.

Hal Byran

Hal is an ordained minister and has a passion for God and the “Apple of his Eye.” He is a U.S. Veteran, a former Police Officer, and is an independent businessman and Realtor. He is known for his passion for God’s word, spreading the gospel, and his bold and courageous faith in Jesus Christ our Lord (Yeshua). He is married to Mary and they have 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren. They reside in Boynton Beach, Florida and attend Calvary Chapel Boynton Beach Campus.

Mary Bryan

Mary is a business leader and has over 28 years in the field of Human Resources. Her career has spanned multiple industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, retail office supplies, ecommerce, and B2B sales. She studied Business Management at Wilmington Business College (Wilmington, OH) and Counseling Psychology at Samford University (Birmingham, AL). From a business perspective, Mary enjoys change management, turnarounds, identifying and strategically correcting problems and fueling business growth. She is known for her authenticity and direct, no-nonsense leadership style.

Mary’s personal values and highest priorities are focused on serving others. She aspires to leave the world a much better place, one person at a time. It is her goal to positively influence others and have a lasting impact on the many lives with whom she engages, inside and outside the workplace. Being a person of strong faith, she has spent countless hours teaching and coaching others on practical life and faith matters and openly shares her testimony of how her relationship with Jesus Christ (Yeshua) has helped her overcome many challenging obstacles. Mary currently resides in Southwest Florida with her husband, Hal, to whom she has been married 23 years. They are “empty nesters” and together have three children and eight grandchildren. In her down time, she enjoys participating in and teaching bible studies, boating, fishing, spending time with close friends and endlessly training and managing their energetic Belgian Malinoises, Stitch and Ruger.
